espero que me puedan ayudar estoy instalando un Fortigate 200A y el problema es que no puedo dar ping, ni telnet, ni http, ni https a la intefaz de la red interna en este caso es la 10.10.20.10/24 a pesar de que ya esta conectado al sw 3com de la red no es administrable pero sin embargo cuado hago un tracert a por ejemplo [Debes identificarte para poder ver enlaces.] desde cualquier maquina de la red interna las cuales tienen como default gateway la 10.10.20.10/24 si la tienen como proximo salto, al igual en el lcd quiero ver las ips configuradas en las redes internal y no me muestra; en la wan y dmz si esta ok
en dicha interfaz si esta habilitado el ping, telnet, etc.
Las interfaces internal no estan como switch sino separadas ??
no se que sera el problema porfavor su ayuda

todas esas maquina no llegan a la interface interna por ping? ni por ningun puerto de acceso ?

Hola, entonces lo unico que no llegas es acceder a la internal por http o algun otro acceso?
que firmware tienes? Con el lcd no mires demasiado, miralo por web o por consola.
