Saludos, el Fortigate de la empresa esta experimentando este problema luego de una interrupción eléctrica.

HOLA, si no te deja formatear ni nada ... ticket y RMA en support.fortinet.com

me pasó algo parecido, haz un ticket RMA a Fortinet y ellos te mandarán a hacer pruebas con HQIP eso dirá exactamente que tiene tu fortigate (parece disco corrupto) y ellos te mandarán un fortigate de reemplazo.

Me sucedio lo mismo con varios equipos y el RMA no ayuda tanto te sugiero probar con una versión nueva de firmware y me cuentas que tal .... de lo contrario hay que seguir con los tickets...

Si no puedes formatear la unidad ni acceder al equipo es un tema de hardware, por ende no podrías actualizar el firmware, en estos casos el RMA es la única opción recomendable a seguir.
