Hola,
tenemos un cliente que haciendo unas pruebas electricas han apagado el equipo y uno de los equipos del cluster se ha quedado mal. El mensaje que da SYSTEM STARTING... en la pantalla. Tengo que pasarme por el cliente a revisar pero nunca he tocado un fortimail. Alguien me puede dar unas pautas basicas para hacer un diagnostico del problema.

creo que lo que me esta dando error de hardware y firmware corrupto y errores de crc. he abierto un caso y tengo que pasarle un test hardware HQIP. lo haré mañana a ver que pasa. También me indica que formate y que recargue el firmware....

Seguimos en las mismas...he hecho lo que indican y da problemas de crc el firmware que me indican que instale. Se lo he vuelto a reportar a ver que me dicen.

hola, lo que estas levantando ahi es un firmware para hacer un test.

ese no es un firmware para usar.

si si, es ul firmware de reparación, una vez hecho, se suponia que tenia que meter el firmware bueno. He tenido problemas para subir el firmware de reparación y se lo he reportado, al final me hacen rma. Parece ser que tiene un problema del disco duro.
