Cuando activo el filtro web por defecto, me sale el siguiente error

¿A que puede ser debido?

listo. Mi ISP tenia bloqueado el puerto de fortiguard y active el alternativo y ya va todo como debe ... si necesitais más explicaciones o lo que sea, os digo como y donde, clarisimo que si!!
